The user interface is thoughtfully designed with logical navigation, prominently displaying all key features in the top menu for easy access.

Our initial login experience was notably user-friendly, as we were welcomed with a helpful pop-up, complete with a concise introductory video and a clear guide for setting up the CRM. As we explored each feature, Zoho provided informative pop-ups, efficiently explaining their functions and enhancing our ease of use.

Now, let’s explore the features. Zoho’s lead management is like a well-organized repository, convenient for those contacts who aren't quite ready to convert. When creating a lead, Zoho let us fill in all the nitty-gritty details, from names to lead sources. What's remarkable is the variety of views available – list, kanban, tile, table, and even a custom view.

The individual contact view is impressive, offering a comprehensive overview and a timeline to track all the interactions with the person. Plus, you can directly call and email contacts from the contact record cards, which is an added convenience.

We also loved the reporting feature in Zoho CRM. It was like having a personal data analyst at our service. Creating a new report is relatively straightforward, but we preferred choosing from existing, pre-made reports. All reports reflect real-time data, of course.

Navigating Salesforce was straightforward and logical. But, using it required some practice. Its interface is complex and feature-rich, which can be initially overwhelming for new users. The sheer number of features can complicate it, contributing to a significant learning curve for those looking to utilize the CRM's full range of capabilities effectively.

We were impressed with the pipeline management. The drag-and-drop functionality simplifies moving deals through various stages, and the alerts ensure that you never miss any tasks or opportunities.

As for contacts, importing contacts is streamlined, but we were disappointed to see that the almighty Salesforce supports only .csv file uploads. With the contact feature, small businesses can manage detailed contact profiles linked with accounts and opportunities and track all interactions. For example, when we logged in for the first time, we focused on the top bar and the features displayed there. It took us some time to discover the hamburger menu in the top left corner, where all the other features were.

But, despite the not-so-intuitive interface, we were guided on every step. For every feature you click on, you get a small pop-up tutorial video in the bottom left corner, which helps you get acquainted with the feature and how it works.

As for the features, we were genuinely impressed with contact management. Vtiger allows you to create a profile for every lead you capture. Also, you can view very detailed analytics for each contact, such as deals and sales orders, or even create charts and graphs. 

As for the deals, you can quickly and visually track customer progress through various deal stages, create custom pipelines with unique stages, and insert a win probability percentage for each stage. 

However, we recommend Vtiger for small businesses managing less than 50 deals at once; for managing a larger volume of deals, the system is less optimal due to its user interface, limitations in visualizing workflows, and more complex deal management needs.
